| Do I need any photography experience? |
No, you do not need any experience. That is what makes mobile photography so exciting. Prior to an in-person or online workshop, we will connect to tailor content specifically to meet you at your level. No jargon, no technical stuff - unless you geek out on that too!
| Do I need to have an iPhone, Android or Tablet? |
The content in the workshops is not specific to any particular phone or operating platform. Photography principles are the same for any equipment utilised. We attempt to really emphasize that the phone is just the tool.
| Should I wait until I update my phone? |
Absolutely no need to have the latest and greatest phone. We show you how to get the most out of your existing phone and have your friends and family amazed at the results you are achieving.
| I have an SLR, can I attend one of your workshops? |
Yes. The content is primarily focused on mobile photography. DSLRs can now be directly connected to IOS and Android devices to perform mobile photo editing.
| What mobile photo editing apps do I need? |
We recommend all workshop participants download the free Snapseed app by Google (available on IOS and Android). Further editing apps may be discussed and demonstrated at various workshops.
| Is there a minimum age? |
Yes. Children under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by a supervising adult. The adult may also book a place on the workshop if they choose to use a mobile device and actively participate in the workshop.
| Can I arrange a one-on-one booking? |
One-on-one bookings are now held online. That allows us to connect at a more convenient time for both of us. No travel time and associated costs, no weather issues. It's perfect!

| What happens if the weather is bad? |
Workshops will continue if it is only light rain or showers. Please check your email before the workshop for cancellation notification due to severe weather. You will be provided with the opportunity to reschedule or a full refund. If you do not receive an email, you can assume the workshop will continue as planned.
| Do you have a money-back guarantee? |
Yes. You can come back for free or receive a full refund. My workshops are great fun and our qualified workshop facilitators ensure that you will feel more empowered and energised to get out there taking some amazing photos on your phone
| Can you present at our workplace and discuss smartphone photography? |
Absolutely, I love sharing my passion for photography on our phones. I regularly host these online for workplaces and industry groups. Please contact me to discuss your needs.

| How long does standard flat postage take? |
Tracked delivery time is usually 1-4 working days to metro areas and up to 5 for regional areas. The best shipping option is selected - either Australia Post or Startrack, based on the size of order and a delivery location within Australia.
| How long does express postage take? |
The tracked express option when checking out - is via Startrack and is usually delivered 1-2 working days.

If your product is faulty with a manufacturers defect, you can return them to us for replacement or refund during the first 14 days from delivery of the order.
