Should you choose to contact me using the contact form on our Contact Me page, none of the data that you supply will be stored by this website or passed to / be processed by any of the third-party data processors. This message will be collated into an email and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). My email SMTP servers are provided by Google's Gmail service. I would suggest that you always consider email as an insecure medium and not include personal, confidential or otherwise sensitive information within an email.
Email marketing
If you provide your name and email when accessing our content or sign up for the email communications, the email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to Squarespace, who provide me with email marketing services. The email address that you submit will not be stored within this website's own database or in any of our internal computer systems.
Your email address will remain within Squarespace's database for as long as I continue to use Squarespace's services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained at the bottom of any email you receive.
While your email address remains within the Active Campaign database, you will receive periodic emails from me about relevant news, podcast episodes, tutorials or product information.
For users that register on our Website (if any), I also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except that they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
